We provide consultancy services for certifications, licenses, and funding support. By using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Refund for Certification Services
A 100% refund is provided if a government department rejects an application due to reasons beyond the client’s control, provided all required documents were submitted correctly. Government or third-party fees are non-refundable.
3. No Refund for Funding Support and Consultancy Services
No refunds are issued once work has started on funding support or other consultancy services. Funding approvals depend on external entities, and we do not guarantee approval.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
Payments made to government agencies, third-party fees, notarization, legal verification charges, and applicable taxes are non-refundable.
5. Refund Request Process
Submit a written refund request to voice@pritajelectrotech.com with service details and proof of payment. Requests are reviewed based on service progress.
